"Twin-engine Biplane Goliath" by Ricky Mekano - 25/02/2018

Description
Based on SML34 Three-engine Biplane. As I wanted one motor for each engine, and I had only two MECCANO motors, I decided to build a plane based on the french airline biplane "Goliath".
Mostly of wing plates are built by myself, based on Flexible Plate No 192. I used aluminium.
Propeller Blade No 41 was too long for my model, so I used strips for this.
Like original model, I do not used Worm for engine (not enough). So I threaded 6mm diameter brass pipe with metric threaded die.
Wing wires are made with hemp rope.
I do not made kind of flap or rudder because not enough hinges or rod connectors. Maybe another day... Or not.
Access door is not an Unit and just opened like this.
This plane model was my first and my last one, I think.
