You have to use tri-axle rod for main drive cause high torque. You can adjust motor axle with green bolted parts to tighten worm to 60-teeth gear. Foot-bars have to be synchronized in same position. To tension Galle chain, I use tender with collar and large washes. It works very well without derailment.
