Description
From an original design by Bert Halliday, Andreas Konkoly created this Optical Illusion Machine, Supermodel No. 82.
This model was shown in the Runnymede Meccano Guild Magazine No. 74 with instructions and illustrations prepared by Gary Higgins.
From these instructions Edmundo Veiga created the model in VirtualMec. I (Bob Thompson) added the blocks, units & motion. Finally Giorgio Vecchi added the finishing touches for you all to enjoy.
When spinning, the upper parts seem to be floating, unattached, in the air.
