Currently, to access our secure area, you need to provide valid credentials. Credentials are sent to new customers once they buy one of our products (VirtualMEC program or model files).

My Download Area is the first page you see when you log-in; from this page you are able to:

• download the version of the program you paid for
• get the activation code to unlock the program
• view an activation sample image which can help you to properly unlock the program
• upgrade to superior versions of the program (if any exists)
• download the user manual
