Description
Using 3h strips overlapped 2h I built edges 4h long building 12 pentagonal and 20 hexagonal faces with those edges with constant thickness of 2 strips in tandem. I used hinges with 138.190º between the hexagonal faces. Hinges have their holes equidistant to their center. If I used angle brackets bent properly the oblong hole would automatically position the bolts in a different distance to their vertex than the round hole is, complicating the assembly.
I used fishplates bent with 144.095º to connect the pentagonal faces to their adjacent hexagonal faces
