This file crashes my VirtualMEC, even if I add the missing .mdl extension.
I did moretesting: It's the Canopy block. If i display everything else it works ok, but if i try to display the canopy the program crashes...

Hi agual

The model continues to load fine on my PC (Windows XP with 2GB memory)
I did have problems during the build towards the end when I tried to do large scale copying and I assumed I was approaching the memory limit of my machine.
Besides the large number of parts there is presumably a considerable amount of extra information being stored regarding all the bent plates.

What size memory do you have on your machine?

I would be interested to know if anyone else has had a similar problem or even no problem at all.

Kind regards
Dusty

Dusty, I have downloaded your brilliant piece of VirtualMec drawing, I didn't have a problem at all. Personally I suggest you reinstate your file for one with the correct .mdl file extension. (unless you have reasons not to do so.)
Kind regards
Rob T (Windows 7,recently upgraded from 3GB to 7GB ram memory)
