If you don't remember the E-mail address you had when you bought VirtualMEC or it's no more in use, please contact us at support@virtualmec.com and provide as many info about yourself as you can (i.e. firstname, lastname, e-mail, owned VirtualMEC version etc.). We should be able to send the regenerated password to your new E-mail address within 48 hours.
